AVIA International granted us the freedom to position the AVIA brand according to the Hungarian situation. After defining the gas station market, Velvet Hammer Branding proposed us an easy to realize and most promising positioning – which even grants us a „stand-alone“ position. From that they derived the brand strategy and presented it to our then 17 existing and lots of potential AVIA members. Within 2 years we had 87 members - what else should I say?

As our marketing director Zoltán successfully repositioned our brand and he himself designed the matching visual world for it. He constantly developed innovative products like the „Caucasian Kefir“. This created a whole new category, which - as far as I know - it rules still today.
There was also luck involved with our milk, but without Zoltán we would not have sold 17 times more within 1,5 years.
